All parts of the winches are fabricated of high-strength and corrosion resistant steel, bronze and aluminium alloys. Parts of aluminium alloys are anodized. Bronze bodies are chromed. External parts built of stainless steel are electro-polished.

To ensure maximum strength, durability and corrosion resistance we apply a new technological solution: External body parts built of bronze and aluminium alloys may be coated with a nickel-chromium or nickel-aluminium covering by plasma spraying method. The thickness of the covering is about 0.5 mm. The covering is extremely hard (60 HRC - nickel-chromium covering, 40 HRC - nickel- aluminium covering). It provides high adhesion against the main material resulting in heightened operation reliability and durability.
