How do you handle shipping?
Generally we don’t. With the exception of containers and the possibility of consolidation of large orders we leave that to the people who know best how to ship their products – the providers.

How does NonStopYacht make money?
We earn somewhere between an agent's commission and a dealer's discount on the cost of the good or services, depending on the individual circumstances. We also charge for some advertising, see What’s free and What’s not

What do you do for us?
First we put your products online in the catalogue, we advertise the site in the major magazines and at the shows, handle problems, handle payment, link the site across the Internet, manage the yacht's accounts, format the order so it goes straight into your system, providing all the information you need, and generally ensure that the customer has a fine buying/ after-sales experience and comes back and buys more of your products when he builds the boss’s new 85m!

What do you expect from us
We ask for your assistance in getting the information in a format we can easily put into our catalogue. If you need to update your catalogue or prices on a regular basis we will provide that facility and in return ask that you do so. We ask for a general delivery time on an item and that if that’s to be more than 10% out that you tell us and the customer by email. We would like to know tracking numbers and when the goods are shipped. We negotiate terms etc. and that’s just about it.

What’s free?
For the buyer: all the services. except those that are charged for by a third party. For the seller: Normal formatting of your data to fit our catalogue, listings in any one of the various databases, entries in the Knowledge Base, information updates, technical support on site issues, general press releases, new product press releases, information/catalogue updates.

What’s not free?
If you only have a paper catalogue and we need to scan it in, or if we need to scan in photos etc we will bill that at our cost or at the cost of outsourcing it – of course we will let you know first and there would not normally be a charge for a small number of photos or diagrams to embellish a large catalogue entry. Advertising on the site in the form of banners or buttons, better positioning on a long list, entries in more than two databases, prime position links, etc. Design of banners or information pages.
